How to place a Booking & Payment Methods

Note - Before placing a booking you must read the booking Terms and Conditions

Step 1

If you are interested in placing a booking then please E-mail, Telephone, Fax or Text me to check if those dates are still available. My contact details are given below. Alternatively, you can e-mail me your telephone number and I will contact you within 24 hours.

Note - The best time to telephone me is after 6pm on a weekday or anytime on a weekend.

Step 2

If the dates you are interested in are still available then you will need to send a 10% deposit (of the booking price). Information on how to do this is in step 4.

Once this has been received a letter will be sent to you confirming your details, along with your deposit receipt.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must inform me before two weeks of your arrival date. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your deposit.

Step 3

All remaining fees must be paid before two weeks of your arrival date (see step 4 on how to pay these). When I have received this you will be sent a final receipt, along with a key form which you hand in at main reception on your arrival to pick up the caravan keys.

Note - On Departure please lock the caravan and return these keys to reception.

Step 4 - Payment

There are four options available for you to pay your deposit and remaining fees.

Option One - Via any Halifax Bank (BACS)

You can pay funds directly into my account at any Halifax bank. This is the easiest way to pay. Contact me for full details on paying through this method.

Option Two - By Cheque

This is the most popular method of payment. Please make cheques payable to: Mr. A Dinsdale and send them to:

Option Three - By Postal Order

Please make postal orders payable to Mr A Dinsdale and send them to the address above.

Option Four - By Cash

This method of payment should only be done if you live close to me. Cash can be brought to the address above.

Note - Please contact me before bringing funds.

If you wish to send cash by post please make sure it is sent by recorded delivery to the address above. Cash is sent at the posters risk.
